LingoTurbo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a language-learning application that allows users to practice vocabulary through speaking and typing exercises. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the LingoTurbo app.

By using LingoTurbo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information You Provide Voluntarily

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and Google account ID.
Profile and preferences: Language selection, learning progress, settings, and gameplay preferences.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically

Usage and analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect general app interaction data (features used, session length, screens viewed, etc.).
Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect device and crash information to help us improve app stability.
Device information: Operating system, device model, country/region, and language settings.

1.3. Speech and Text Input

Speech-to-Text (STT): When practicing exercises using voice input, your speech is processed by the operating system’s built-in STT provider (Apple, Google, etc.).
- We do not store audio recordings or transcriptions on our servers.
Text-to-Speech (TTS): Audio output is generated locally using the operating system’s TTS engine.

1.4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

We use platform-provided billing systems (App Store / Google Play Billing) to manage payments.
We do not receive or store full payment details (such as credit card numbers).

1.5. Ranking / Leaderboards

If you participate in rankings or multiplayer scoreboards:

Your display name and score may be visible to other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Provide and improve the app experience
Track learning progress and app performance
Authenticate users and synchronize purchases
Maintain rankings/leaderboards
Analyze usage to improve features
Diagnose bugs and crashes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share data with:

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

LingoTurbo is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local laws).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

7. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be processed on servers located outside your country.
By using LingoTurbo, you agree to such transfers.
